Delivery

How do you ship my order?

All packages are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. You will be provided with shipping options and prices at checkout.

How much does shipping cost.

All express shipping through Canada Post is free. Purolator pricing will vary depending on the region you are shipping to.

Do I need to show ID at the door?

Not unless requested for signature pickup.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times vary based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We offer both Canada Post and Purolator to ensure your packages arrive as quickly as you need them.

Can I track my delivery?

After your package is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. If you create an account on our website, you can log in to track current and past orders.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept.

We accept Interac E-Transfer only at this time.

Paying for your order is easy via Interac E-Transfer. You will receive payment details after placing your order.

My payment was accepted by my order is still on hold?

Please reach out to us if you believe there is a problem with your payment or order status. Our dedicated support team will look into your order.

How long does it take to accept my payment?

Payments are accepted within 1-4 hours.  Sometimes e-transfers can take some time to go through. If you feel there is a problem with your order or payment please don’t hesitate to contact us. In the evenings and on weekends payments may take longer to be accepted, if you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.

Do I need an Account?

No account is required to place an order. You can choose to create an account at checkout in order to easily review your past orders.

How old do I have to be to place an order?

To place an order on Stoni we require that you are at least 19 years old.

Why is my order on hold?

When an order is placed it is put on hold until we receive the payment for that order. Once the payment is received your order will automatically be marked as processing. Once in processing our warehouse team will pack and ship your order right away.
